I believe I can help. I believe that everybody has the resources somewhere within to move forward and with my flexible counselling skills, they can be found, and you will be able to help yourself. I am a Counsellor who will listen to you.

My name is Helen and I have been a practising counsellor in Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and Worthing for the past nine years. I am committed to providing counselling and therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with individual people who would like counselling/therpay for an agreed time period, or on an open ended basis with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My counselling practice is located in the quiet village of Rustington in West Sussex, and is within easy reach of Littlehampton, Worthing and Bognor Regis. As well as offering face to face therapy sessions, I offer telephone counselling, email counselling and I am also available evenings and weekends.
